Provided expert services at BAYER AG for the New Zealand roll-out of the existing solution. The scope of the solution covered Demand Management, MRP, Process Order Management, and PP Master Data (BOM’s, Master Recipes, Resources).

Acted as Team Leader for the full Project Cycle at MAYNE HEALTH in the functional areas of, Purchasing, GST, Consumption Based MRP, Inventory Management, BBP (Business to Business Procurement). The geographical scope initially covered the implementation of a new SAP system for the 2 pilot hospitals. The same design was rolled-out to the 48 Hospitals, and 25 Pathology Sites within Australia.

Also managed the work of 3 Business Analysts and 1 Technical Consultant during this assignment.

The tasks performed are;

• Developed and tested an interface program which enabled the management of the stock materials and smooth functional execution of BBP, Bar Code reading devices, and R/3.

• Developed and tested a functionality that enabled the monitoring of the Procurement as per the Mayne Health Business Contract definitions. The development also provided the tool to understand and remedy the cause of the problem.

The assignment at HOOVER AUSTRALIA covered all aspects of Production Planning, Materials Management, and Product Costing from a Super User perspective.
