o Process Job orders using SAP R3 application (Project System Module). With heavy experience in Project Structure/WBS elements as well as PS networks/NW activities, Project Planning Board and PS reporting/Information System.

o Familiar with planning, execution and standard structures.

o Have extensive training in Sales processing and other SD functionality with integration in PS including milestone billing, resource related billing. Use of Sales order/Project stock etc. related Make to order manufacturing environment.

o Have extensive training in Purchasing (MM) and Production planning (MRP) with PS integration.Creates Purchase Requisition using SAP R3 (Project System & Material Management Module).

o Undertakes preparation of Project Gantt Chart and provide updates regarding the status from design, warehouse, purchasing, DRCC and production. Ensures that the master plan, master Gantt chart, project time tables or production schedule is carried out with the end goal of fulfilling orders on time.

o Initiates other cost reduction projects that will improve planning, inventory and delivery effort.

o Undertakes comparison analysis between cost estimates and actual cost.

o Monitors all incoming & outgoing of job orders.

o Prepares Delivery Receipt and informs Customer regarding deliveries.
