Nature of work :

§ Work responsibilities in ABAP/4 programming included Data Conversion Programs, Dialogue programming, Reports, Smart forms, BDC, Sap Scripts, LSMW

 

Functionality :

§ Responsible for providing onsite development & support for the implementation of SAP at the PT Trias Sentosa Tbk..

§ The modules being implemented are Quality Management (QM) / Production Planning (PP) / Material management (MM) / Sales & Distribution (SD)

 

Report :

§ Designed technical program specifications based on business requirements.

§ Generated basic lists and Interactive Reports for information in the MM/SD, modules including Sales, Billing, Purchasing, , Goods Received, using ABAP/4 programs, Screen, Report Painter and Menu Painters. Used Parameters, Select-options and Match Codes to make the reports more friendly and intuitive to the user.

§ Generated a report which gives material, batches, SO Number, and the characteristics data (like T-Code MMBE)

§ Generated a report which gives material, batches, weight and other characteristics data that company products daily.

§ Generated a report which gives all packing data that ready for shipment daily.

§ Generated a report which gives all SO data from header data, delivery data, shipment data and billing data.

Smartforms :

§ Developed the print program and Smart forms for printing sales confirmation, Invoices in sales & distribution

§ Generated various client specific Layout sets and form letters using Smart forms.

 

Uploading and Downloading :

§ Generated and developed create delivery using BDC uploading.

§ Developed downloading process for report pending process using standard function od SAP

 

Enhancement :

§ Used LSMW for mapping fields from the legacy system and created routines for data upload using data extracts for sequential files on the application server and UPLOAD/WS_UPLOAD for local files on the presentation server.

 

Nature of work :

§ Responsible in ABAP/4 programming for Enhancemnet Programming, BDC programming, User Exits, BAPI function module and Report programming.

 

Functionality :

§ Responsible for providing onsite development & support for the optimizing of SAP at the PT Trias Sentosa Tbk..

§ Responsible for make enhancement program (customer program) to provide development defining new system model of business process at the PT. Trias Sentosa, Tbk.

 

Report :

§ Generate report using an ALV list view also using basic report layout (BC400).

§ Generate report using an BDC programming to connect between report and standard transaction of SAP.

 

Enhancement :

§ Used LSMW for mapping fields from the legacy system and created routines for data upload using data extracts for sequential files on the application server and UPLOAD/WS_UPLOAD for local files on the presentation server.

§ Making a customer program for providing enhancement batch using BDC functional program and user exit on the interface of standard transaction code at SAP system.

§ Enhance a customer program for providing packing process in PT. Trias Sentosa, Tbk. using BAPI function module and BDC functional programming.

§ Enhance a similar standard code of SAP code for providing stock overview (MB52) which provide data from stock overview till a characteristics of the material.

Nature of work :

§ Responsible in ABAP/4 programming for Enhancement Programming, BDC programming, User Exits, BAPI function module, Report and Forms programming.

Functionality :

§ Responsible for providing offsite remote / onsite development & support for the implementation of SAP module (WM) at Coats based on AREL spesification.

§ Responsible for make enhancement program (customer user exits) to provide development new implementation in WM at Coats.

Enhancement :

§ Making a userexits for providing create Transfer Order through LT04 – Putaway Process to Warehouse Bins, where is connected to configuration of Pre-Allocated Stock Material using SAP Basic function.

§ Making a userexits for providing create Trasnfer Order through LT03 – Picking Process from Warehouse Bins, where is configured by Storage Type Search Customizing.

Customizing :

§ Create a customizing table for providing user friendly maintaining configuration of Storage Type Search.

Interfaces :

§ Making an interface to connect an external system to SAP. The system using a VB.NET as its external system and RF for it communication system. Connection using a function which asking some import parameter, processing some logical processing (such as confirm TO, identification TO, etc) and providing some information to inform the process is success or not.

Nature of work :

§ Responsible in ABAP/4 programming for Enhancement Programming,and User Exits.

§ Responsible in ABAP/4 Analyst for Enhancement Programming, Userexits, Interface (RF) – BAPI Function Module, ALE/IDoc (Data Conversion) – BAPI Function Module to external system (VB), and Workflow (analyst triggered events).

Functionality :

Responsible for providing pre-development programming like programming of userexits as required configuration & maintaing the analyst technical needing such as ALE/Idoc and Workflow for the implementation of SAP module (WM) at DKSH.
