• ABAP Query: Excellent experience in generating various reports using ABAP Query including User Groups and Functional Areas.

• CATT (Computer Aided Test Tool): Using CATT to check transactions, test for correct system messages, check that values are correctly calculated and written to the database, test customizing table settings and test the consequences of customizing setting changes.

• Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW): Set up strategies and procedures for transferring data from customer legacy systems to the SAP System. Ensured the quality of the conversion programs. Tested and migrated conversion programs before final integration testing. Tested conversion programs and manual conversion procedures includes testing related business processes with imported data.

• QM in Production Implementing Results Recording within the production process using Results Recording with inspection points and after production completed. Implemented Control Chart to detect systematic deviations of a quality characteristic.

• QM in Sales & Distribution Implemented batch search strategies for the acceptable goods for delivery. Implemented the use of Quality Certificates for printing after delivery process.

• Batch Management with Classification system implemented for tractability and search information used in combination with batch search strategies and material specifications.

• Problem Management with Quality Notification Process quality-related problems involved customer complaints, complaints against vendors or internal problems.

• QM in Plant Maintenance implemented Test Equipment Management for Retain individual data for each piece of test equipment. Calibrated its test equipment regularly. Planned and scheduled calibration inspection using different maintenance order and maintenance strategies.
