Developed new interfaces and SmartForms of SAP HR and "order-to-cash".  

Developed new applications for SAP MM, WM, QM, PP and assisted in the migration of legacy systems’ data to SAP. Consult with Functional teams; write Technical Specifications, Unit Test Plans, User Run Documents. Do ABAP development: User Exits and BadI, Dynpros, ALV, BAPI, BDC, SmartForms, LSMW, SAP Query, CATT/eCATT, iDocs.

• Designed and wrote an QM End-of-Life material monitor, which tied-in Material Master, Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Production Orders, Planned Orders, Bills of Material, WBS Elements and Quality Notifications. Used ABAP, ABAP Objects, ALV.

• Created multi-bar coded Warehouse and Inventory pick tickets and subcontractor shipping labels and invoices. Used user exits, SmartForms, ABAP.

• Designed and wrote a custom Quality Notification report encompassing defects, causes, dispositions and corrective tasks. Used ABAP, ALV, Dynpros.

• Designed and wrote a custom Quality Notification program and integrated it into existing custom production process control program. Used ABAP, Dynpros, ALV.

• Did numerous loads to SAP from legacy system using BAPI, iDocs, LSMW and Batch-Data-Sessions.

• Created system to do mass updates to Material Master by using SAP-Query tool for data extract and CATT for bulk updates.

• SAP, Oracle, Java: Created a Global HR (in SAP) system and integrated it with company Oracle Portal (via Java) to have a centralized system to maintain HR information on all associates worldwide. • SAP, FoxPro: Project lead in designing and developing company's data consolidation, transmission and auditing interfaces with new benefits providers and multiple payroll vendors which increased the Company's benefits offerings and quality of Company's benefits plans. SAP: ABAP, RMI, ALE.

• SAP: Added new functionality and repaired bugs in the company's existing custom SAP Vacancy and Applicant Management systems to restore full use of system and restore company EEO reporting. ABAP, WAS, BSP.

• SAP: Upgraded systems and instituted automated communication to associates and managers who were incomplete in their required steps in company's SAP Performance Management and Compensation Management systems which improved systems’ effectiveness and participation. ABAP, BSP, BAPI.

• Oracle: Designed and built a HIPAA- and Sarbanes-Oxley-compliant HR Data Warehouse which held sensitive employee and applicant data. Improved management's ability to operate business with timely staffing reports and provided data for required US Government reporting. Oracle Designer, PL/SQL/TOAD, Oracle OEM, RMAN, SQL Loader, DBMS_JOB, Materialized Views; Project Management: MS Project.

• Oracle, FoxPro, Java: Created a benefits Data Hub application to tie in multiple payroll and benefits vendors. Saved the company over $200,000 in fines and eliminated incorrect termination of employees’ benefits. Programmed in financial checks and balances to coordinate with Finance. Oracle: PL/SQL/TOAD, Oracle OEM, SQL Loader; Java: J2EE, RMI, Swing.

Led team of consultants and employee Oracle Financials developers. Performed data analysis and process analysis. Programmed and tested in Oracle Financials application.

• Designed a worldwide financial data hub and led the team in its development. The data hub provided for senior management to see the company's worldwide performance within 2 days of the end of the calendar period. Project Management, PL/SQL/TOAD.

• Migrated company's Oracle Financials software from version 10.6 to version 11i (including custom web-based applications) by rewriting PL/SQL code, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and web services.

• Reduced bug resolution time and improved reliability of company's Oracle Financials application by being TAR resolution liaison to Oracle's Support and Development teams.
