Achievement and Experience

These are the list of my achieved projects that make a big impact to organize.

• Budgeting Model for Finance: Using web as an interface to get spending data from SAP and use for budgeting forecast of next quarter with formula calculation per user requirement. After budget approved export the data as text file and import back to SAP as next quarter budget. User also can get weekly spending from SAP for compare with budget in report.
  Technology: SAP 4.6C, ABAP, IIS Web server, Microsoft.NET, RFC, .net connector, C# and MS SQL 2000.

• E-Pull System (Electronic Pull): Operation and planning team want to have a tool to see shop floor information for very closely control; monitoring and reporting system for help them easier to manage it. Then come up with a planning and design and develop new system that we call E-Pull that will keep track with all the necessary transaction in the shop floor. Now we can see cycle time, work in process quantity and status of it in real time include a lot of various report that operation team defined such as weekly performance chart, work order aging, work in process in quantity and dollar etc. This is a real complete set of solution that operation team very happy with it and want to expand it to all the area in organize. This system also connect to SAP system for work order checking and download and also confirm some goods movement back to SAP system.

• Goals Alignment & Performance Appraisal System: The system use for track all employee goal and objective for each fiscal year that derive from corporate goal and objective to have each quarter target, actual and score and also skill assessment. With this system employee in each department can evaluate themselves update system in quarterly basis then at the end of the year management will use this as a tool to checking, feedback and export data for using in the year-end performance evaluation, salary increase, promotion base on the performance and bonus.

• SAP Scrap Report on Web: We have a problem with SAP performance for let finance user, engineer to query scrap data in SAP system. Then we create application to scheduled daily to get work order confirmation from SAP to web server and create many report type with chart to let user easy analyze information such as ‘Top 5 Scrap report’, “Monthly Yield Report”, “Finance Scrap Cost” report, trend chart etc. We have around 20 kinds of report for the user and they can see the data in different angle and they can export data to text file for further reporting or analyzing in others tool such as Minitab or Excel. This report is the primary tool using worldwide for monitoring and reducing our scrap.
  Technology: SAP 4.6C, ABAP, IIS Web server, Microsoft.NET, RFC, .net connector, C# and MS SQL2000.
  
  
• Purchase Requisition Online: Web application for create PR and validate necessary information with SAP such as cost center, GL account before print. After PR get approved purchaser can transfer data to SAP and create PO. Once PO create email will automatic send to requester and user can check there PR status at web application by link to SAP to get data such as scheduled delivery date, quantity. User can easy keep track of their PR and set active/inactive status or delete PR.
  
  
• Overtime Request Online: This is web application with work flow process to request overtime and approve online. Once it approve payroll can export the file and import to Payroll system. It reduces a lot of paper and process improvement. It is my Greenbelt project.
  
  
• SPC Online (Statistical Process Control): Create web application base on user requirement to have our own SPC system. It is include Xbar R, Xbar S, Stability Control, I MR, X MR and I MR R chart with trigger limit control. It is include out of control alert and corrective action. It has variable chart and attribute chart. We are in the process of roll out this application across the site. This system able to manual data input, text file import or direct link with machine/gage to collect data. It is extending to get stream data from SCADA system for further analyze.
  Technology: Microsft.NET, MS SQL2000, C#, Chart Component, statistical formula.
  
  
• Main Intranet Website: The main portal intranet website is the place that we combine all the link and information for user. It is include a lot of information such as newsletter, stock value, and essential link.
  Technology: Microsoft Windows 2003, Microsoft.NET
  
  
• SAP Work Order confirmation on Web: Standard transaction in SAP to do work order confirmation can only input scrap code and quantity one by one. With the web interface user can input 30 scrap codes with quantity and save back to SAP at the same time. This is improves a lot in term of data fast entry, data accuracy and improve process. Now we are extending to back flushing process and E-Pull system for production to send/receive signal between processes for better control flow of process in production.

• Support ABAP/4 report in all area, SAP basis and SAP security: Working very closely with business analyst to generate SAP custom report and ABAP query in area of MM, PP, FI, and SD. Understand business process and system configuration and help user analyze and solve problem. Many critical report are involved such as MRP, MPS, Cycle time, Scrap Report, Production Output report, barcode and label generate from SAP, scheduled type of report running daily and send email to management mailbox. In basis area I support on system performance check, system dump and error check. Manage SAP printing system.
  
  
• Document Control and others Web application: Create web application for document control to index, manage and control system. User easy to display, search document online from their computer. And create many web applications for support user worldwide such as quote log application, LAR tracking, property borrowing, SAP master data list in intranet, DFM expert system, APD Project request. Understand how to interface machine to computer to get data. Link telephone PBX box to web application to get billing and calling record. Attrition Rate tracking website to keep track of employee in and out for reduce attrition project. Good in Microsoft office VBA/function by help a lot of user do automate job such as PA form, convert text data to chart. My goal is to help user reduce non value added job and try to make it centralize and online.
  
  
• Training Record: Keep track of employee training record and reporting for audit and history. Link employee record direct with payroll system.
  
  
• Machine Uptime Report Tracking: Web application for manage machine uptime/downtime with chart reporting. Engineer and technician able to see the downtime of the machine and how long include status, problem and action with history keep track. Email alert to concerned technician when operator in production line submit machine down request. The down time of machine is visible and real-time from system help maintenance team easy to attack and solve problem quickly and the uptime percentage go up.
  
  
• Six sigma website for tracking Six Sigma project: Web application for manage corporate Six Sigma project include project status, project completion, project assign, project data mining and project summary report.
  
  
• LAN/WAN/Server/Network design and implementation: Design and implement company network with WAN link to others branch with voice and data, Server setup and administration, backup system, router configuration. Windows NT, 2000-2003, Netware Server administration, Bay, Cisco router.
