I was member of the team in the of BW-BPS project, the implementation of BPS (Business Planning and Simulation) and replacement OFA of North America:
- Leads Blueprint workshops and documents results
- Provides SAP solution and documents them
- Performs Unit Testing & assists in Integration/Regression Testing
- Prepares Functional Specifications for technical solutions
- Participates in Cutover activities
I was member of the team of the SNAP project (SAP North America Project), the implementation of SAP in USA; my responsibility was for system design recommendations in the Controlling & Product Costing modules SAP
Analysis of Business Blue Print and Business Process:
· Defined, prepared, moderated, documented, requirements in the Business Blueprint
· Analyzed the requirements for the user To-Be business process model during Analysis phase
· Helped to define in Product Cost Planning Cost estimate with quantity structure
- Defined costing variant, the material, the plant, and the lot size
- Created new standard cost estimate, transfer control, cost components
· Helped to define Overhead cost controlling to define period cost allocation methods
- Overhead, Period reposting, Distribution, Assessment
· Worked with Product Cost by Order to:
- Calculated and analyzed planned costs, target costs, and actual costs of production orders
- Defined Work in Process and the finished goods inventory. (Result Analysis, valuation methods, assignments for WIP & R.A)
- Defined and analyzed variances (variances key, variances variant, valuation variances for scrap, target cost)
- Defined to transfer data to FI, CO-PA, EC-PCA
· Worked with BOM, Routing and Work Center:
- Defined Formula key for calculation costs of Work Center / Activity Types and prices automatically
· Worked SD variant configuration, defined and assigned Valuation Strategies in CO-PA

- Defined conditions tables, access sequences, conditions types and costing sheets
