The implementation scope was the upgrade of SAP Project System on 4.6 C version. Responsibilities included data gathering and documenting the global business requirements for the PS functionality in SAP. The analysis included requirements identification, conversion and interface identifications using MS Project, SAP fit/gap analysis, high level integrated process flows, scope determination, project team training requirements, end user training and complete documentation of end user manuals.
