A. Operation
Responsible for the total operations within the district. Includes on sales, administrative works, receivables and collection target & budget setting prescribed by the management must be achieved. Responsible for credit blocking for customers with delinquent accounts and approval for customers with good credit standing. Oversee for fast & efficient order deliveries to our customers and see to it that the lead-time schedule of deliveries should be attained. Set up and review sales coverage plan distribution in order to maximize sales performance.
B. Sales
Responsible for implementing each salesman in the district to undertake to become a real manager of his own territory, by instilling the salesman the concept of management type of operation. Trained/recommend hire & developed sales people to become a future responsible supervisor. Developed strong relationship with my peers giving advices and lead them by example &
A. To establish an effective and dynamic sales performance for the district by achieving above sales budget prescribed by the higher management and see to it that standard policies and procedures must be followed. Worked with the salesman & accompanying them in respective sales areas, where I can apply the training & coaching technique for their upliftment.
B. Trained and developed salesman thru proper guidance, motivation and communication skills. And demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly & persuasively, both verbal and in written, believes in mutual benefit and stay on the communication process long enough to secure agreement form both parties. Thus, creating a good effective ways in managing people to build business. A. Handling Sales Pharmaceutical/Consumer Product Division covering the entire Panay Island.
Plan, direct and control the actions of other people in order to achieve desired goals. Able to establish procedures to monitor and /or regulate processes tasks, or activities of subordinates job activities and responsibilities. Direct responsibility for supervising, training, motivating and evaluating each salesman.
B. Implementing performance plans with regards to accounts receivable, sales coverage, sales distribution, merchandising activities and promotional campaign.
C. Monitoring competitive activities. Help the trade outlets to sell-in sell-out through proper supervision of good merchandising. Creates product awareness thru proper merchandising Gondula Island Display, Shelves, signing of contract with the supermarket display rental agreement.
D. Trained and develop salesman to be real manager of his own territory. Conduct on the job training, identify strengths, weakness and/ or opportunities of each salesman, discuss/recommend enhancing effectiveness.
