The experience involved implementation project, system roll-in, end-user coaching/training and training materials preparation, SAP upgrade (started from Release 3.1f, then an upgrade to 4.0b, followed by another upgrade to 4.6c, and another upgrade to SAP 5.0 ECC in 2006.
Current responsibilities and assignments include; manage, plan, coordinate & supervise activities of evaluating new functionalities & enhancements, determine new functionalities & enhancements level of fit to business, SAP configuration fulfillment, recommend and apply users authorization changes, maintain all codes and procedures involved in the use of the system, provide functional first line support to all end-users, keeping their knowledge up-to-date, prepare and maintain User's Guides, training materials and manuals, liaise with ITD on all activities relating to hardware, software and upgrades requirements, produce and maintain management KPI's.
