Unilever is one of the
biggest food companies in the World, owner of several brands that are part of
our daily meals.
Within the One2Grow
project, Unilever’s goal, was to have a single database, with all the recepies
for their products and share it with all their facilities, factories and
Distribution centers across Europe.
As European system
Administrator Mr Rodrigues was responsible for database maintenance, creation
of query scripts to speed up the search process, user maintenance and access
control and the fact that this was an european center, his language skill were
very usefull due to the fact on a daily
basis he faced the necessity to give remote support across Europe.
As part of a team of Mr
Rodrigues was responsible for the bridge between the process office and the end
users, he was responsible for giving support during and after the GO-Live
period, and collect feed-back from end users and discuss them with the PO on a
monthly basis in order to have them informed of what were the users / customers
expectations on the system.
