Providing technical support relating to different SAP modules (MM, FI, CO etc) Routing service calls to the appropriate functional support group, if required. Helping customers with business processes in SAP Involved with creating/managing users’ access to SAP R/3 & ECC 6.0 as well as Dev/QA/Test systems. I was part of the first line support on the system upgrade from R/3 release 4.6c to ECC 6.0. Complying with Sarbanes-Oxley standard

I was part of the first line support on the system upgrade from R/3 release 4.6c to ECC 6.0. Complying with Sarbanes-Oxley standard, I was involved in SAP Security related tasks including testing & auditing security roles and profiles, user account management, implementing, supporting, troubleshooting SAP Security solutions in SAP Systems, R/3, BW, ECP 6.0.
