·         Leading MM & WM modules for Implementation of SAP Industry Specific – RE-FX. The scope of the implementation is covering Six Legal Entities out of which two are Construction Companies (One each in Dubai and Amman), Three Real Estate Companies (one each in Dubai, Oman & Amman) and a Management Company.

·         Identify and define business process and SAP configuration requirements. Finalized blueprints describing processes and mapping to SAP. Assist in the design of the SAP configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements.

·         Conducting Business Blueprint Process Workshops and Finalizing Blueprint Documents for Material Master, Purchasing, MRP, Inventory Mgmt, Stock Transfers, Invoice Verification, External Service Mgmt & Warehouse Management. Remodeling Business Processes wherever necessary to implement SAP best practices in each of the sub modules.

·         Develop an application prototype, validate the configuration design and explore gap resolution options Help in writing the different deliverables (Blueprint doc, Detailed Designs, Configuration). Developing Functional Specifications for all the enhancements required in MM and WM.

·         Preparing ARIS Process Models as per the Finalized Blueprint process and integrating the Process Models with the other processes wherever necessary.

·         Using Solution Manager for Planning / Tracking Project activities, storing Project documents and for incident & problem management.

·         Training the SAP core team members in SAP MM & WM module.

·         Carrying out business process and requirement analysis (AS-IS and TO-BE), gap analysis, process and application design, validation of business processes  and obtaining final acceptance from client.

·         Customizations for MM for Purchasing, MRP, Inventory Mgmt, Stock Transfers (Including Inter Company STOs between other Whirlpool  Entities within Asia Client), Invoice Verification & Third Party Sales, Cycle Counting, External Service Mgmt & Split Valuation. Also Set up Consignment and Sub contracting process

·         Set up the Automatic Account Determination process;  Development of MPV report for Raw materials to assist the Computations of MCP (Yer on year variations), MPV (Variation from Standard Cost to actual) . Custom development for MPV Forecasting for the year which was based on Parameters such as  Raw material rate, Vendor price, Commodity Code Price , Freight and Duties.

·         Set up Warehouse Mgmt for the Raw Material and Finished goods stores. Activation of HUM for finished goods and integration with SD-Shipping.

·         Implementation for QM in procurement, vendor selection, maintained status of supply relationship, and vendor evaluation. Configured QM system for incoming inspection, results recording, quality notifications, defect recording. Configured QM Control keys, QM Systems and Status of supply relationship, Setup Sampling Procedures and Dynamic Modification Rules & skip rules as per client requirement.

·         Develop an application prototype, validate the configuration design and explore gap resolution options Help in writing the different deliverables (Blueprint doc, Detailed Designs, Configuration)

·         Detailed Cutover Planning and Leading the Data Migration activities  for MM , PP, QM and WM 

·         Part of the Global Team  for  MDM responsible for setting up Global Material Masters, Vendor Masters, Material Part Variance and Total cost of  productivity Projects.

·         Provide research and consultation to management pertaining to new and/or unused functionality including business impact, leverage, and benefits

·         Leading  Roll-out  of SAP Market Unit Solution in Middle-east covering PS, FI-CO, MM,  SRM, SD, HRMS modules along with Implementation of  WM module which is not part of MUS template

·         Work with super users to understand the current processes and mapping with standard MUS solutions. Identification of gaps and working to provide the solution/work-around for the global template roll-out.

·         Understand the Warehouse processes and Design the WM solution. Providing solution for Business requirement to store configurable materials in WM.

·         Communicate and train the final solution to the business and team members, and coordinate the implementation of the solution to the production environment

·         Create and update system documentation including UAT, Functional specifications, integration testing, training manuals and business sign –off. Work with the business to resolve identified solution defects.

·         Provide research and consultation to management pertaining to new and/or unused functionality including business impact, leverage, and benefits.

·         Consistently apply good judgment and decision-making skills

·         Collaborate with other team leads and business representatives as necessary

·         Participate in project planning and project task as necessary related to deployments
