Perform Business Analyst role through the Realisation, Final Preparation and Go Live Phase of Release 2 including contribution to the project activities:

§              Completion of Blueprint

§              Participation in the Data Migration planning, execution and cutover

§              Development of Functional Specification, Testing planning and execution of these test plan throughout the different testing clients (Functional Unit and User Integration Testing)

§              Change Management and Business Readiness

§              Development of Training material and delivery

§              Facilitate the resolution of business and system related issues (Defects) resulting from testing

Complete Implementation of the SAP R3 4.6c system (PM,FICO, AM & MM Modules) to replace CommScope MEX Maintenance System.

§              Information gathering workshops on how the MEX Maintenance System is currently being utilised from Maintenance viewpoint.

§              Development of SAP PM Blueprint document in accordance with CommScope Business Requirments.

§              Developing of a SAP PM system Protype which was presented to the Key Project Stakeholders. (Australia & US)

§              Facilitation of SAP PM Workshop’s for CommScope employees demonstrating the new SAP PM System that will be introduced.

§              Full configuration of the SAP R3 4.6c system (PM, MM, FICO Modules) to suit CommScope Business requirements as documented in the Blue Print and Prototype. (Master Configuration Document)

§              Development of cutover schedule in accordance with CommScope requirements.

§              Master Data recommendation document for the Assets Management, Equipment Register, Functional Location Structure, Maintenance Scheduling requirements, Material Planning (BOMs), Cost Centre & Profit Centres and BW reporting.

§              Development and execution of User Acceptance Testing plans

§              Development of SAP PM Training Manuals, User Support Booklets and Cheatsheets

§              Provide motivation, leadership, advice, guidance, coaching and direction to a range of CommScope employees throughout the projects as required.

SAP R/3 4.6c System Enhancements & Support Issues for the PM, FICO, MM, PS, AM Modules of SAP and providing the necessary Business Solutions

Technical Manager of the implementation of the SAP Mobile Asset Management Application (MAM) which included: Project Scoping, Functional Design, System Configuration, Technical advice, development of training manuals and system support.

PM Consultant on the Introduction of SAP PM, AM and PP Modules for the migration of a RIMS Maintenance System database to SAP for the Infrastructure Plant Maintenance & Construction Business Group . This included: Functional Design, System Configuration, Technical advice and development of a Business Process document containing the integration between PM and AM, the introduction of SAP PP for the repair’s and manufacturing of On Track Tamping Machine work heads and the development of an Internal Internet Asset Register Form.

Technical Adviser on the SAP Fleet Management Improvement Project.  Focus of this project was to improve the current usage of the SAP Fleet Management system.  This include: Development of a Internet Fleet Register Form, Development of SAP query reports using SAP Query’s, Development of interface programs for the upload of BP Fuel Card purchases and daily technical advice.
