Ø       Organising and nominating Super Users for SAP system – Unit testing in during the three mock uploads.

Ø       Manage the project from start to the end using ASAP SDLC

Ø       Sits on the Group Project Management committee

Ø       Responsible for the Business Process Owners, Functional Expects, Regional Project Administrators, Change Agents, SAP Integration Team and Champions.

Ø       Organising Training programs for the Project Stakeholders, Super Users, etc. Level One (Overview), Level Two and Level Three.

Ø       Approving the Scoping Documents in the Preplanning Phase

Ø       Approving of the Blueprint documents in the Blueprint Phase

Ø       Represented all the Business Units in assisting the SAP Consultants during the design of the Architectural View and Usage View for the RE Module.

Ø       Worked very closely with SAP consultants responsible for Change Management Program, Project Management, Training Facilitators- Analysts and Super Users.

Ø       Responsible for the Data Conversion and Migration.

Ø       Responsible for the Data Clean Up.
