Client Profile:
Synergy is a corporation owned by the Government of Western Australia. It retails electricity to residents and both electricity and gas to businesses in the state. Synergy is Western Australia’s largest energy retailer.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing Functional Designs from Business Blueprints,
- Designs related to Quotation and Contract management using Business Process Framework, CRM Middleware configuration to replicate data from CRM to IS-U and vice-versa, Business partner configurations, Product and MDT configuration for contract replication using configurable attributes,
- Interfacing with Price Engine (third party tool) for pricing study for I&C quotes,
- Reviewing and testing Developments,
- Preparing FAT and UAT scripts during the test phase,
- Coordination of UAT execution with Business Analysts,
- Onshore coordinator in absence of the Team Lead.
He has good knowledge of business processes related to Opportunities, Campaign Management, Quote and Contract Management, Territory Management, Business Partner Hierarchies, Products and Master Data Templates and CRM middleware.

AGL is one of Australia's leading integrated energy companies. Drawing on 169 years of experience, it includes retail and merchant energy businesses, power generation assets and an upstream gas portfolio. AGL has Australia's largest retail energy and dual fuel customer base, supplying around 3.6 million customer accounts. This includes customers supplied with gas and electricity through AGL's joint venture partnerships, ActewAGL and AlintaAGL.
Project Phoenix is the largest SAP ISU-CRM implementation by Accenture. Release# 1 went live successfully December 2007 and Release#2 is successfully live since November 2008.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Binno's contribution in this project involves the development activities in areas of CRM and ISU modules. The primary responsibilities included;
- CRM and Back Office Offshore Team Lead.
- He has been the Lead reviewer for Technical Designs and Builds in the project and through his extensive reviews has considerably brought down the count for external review comments.
- His most important responsibility was to ensure that a high quality solution was being delivered, to the client within the schedule, which included resolution of issues related to the development objects.
- He has worked extensively on areas related to Meter & Billing, Invoicing, Collection Agencies and EDM. He has a greater understanding in all Back Office related developments for the project. He has good hands on experience on Campaign Management in CRM and data replication in IS-U using Master Data Templates.
- He is solely responsible for implementing all Security Levy (similar to security deposits) related developments in Release 2 and has additionally worked on various complex reports such as Vacant Consumptions meter readings report, Unbilled Revenue reports.
- He has helped his lead in co-coordinating work around Asset development (reusable components) such as white paper on various campaign management scenarios in CRM, Interface templates, program to upload interval meter reads for testing, within the team which included arranging brainstorming sessions and following up on statuses / progress of various tools.
ESB (Accenture) June 2006 to July 2006 SAP-BW
Client Profile:
ESB - Electricity Supply Board, Ireland, was a short term assignment of 45 days. He was asked to work on integration between SAP R/3 and SAP BW. This included coding update rules and start routines for BW Infocube.
The following objects were developed:
- Hazard Petrol Treatment - Start routine for the BW infocube.
- Calculation of Units and Costs - Start routine for the BW infocube.
- Asset Hierarchy Extractor program.
- Program which will read the infocube data and display in report format
Boston Scientific End to End Planning (Accenture) Sep 2005 to May 2006

Roles & Responsibilities:
Boston Scientific End to End is an APO implementation project. Demand Planning and Supply Network Planning are namely the two modules in APO which are under implementation.
- As a member of the offshore development team, Binno was assigned the responsibility to develop programs for the various RICE objects identified during the implementation phase.
- He was actively involved in the testing and documentation of various objects developed by BSCI team.
- In addition, he was assigned to solve SIR's which were generated during the integration testing of the objects developed.
- Coordinated with the onsite team to prepare User Manuals.
- Solving SIR's of objects developed by the team members.
