Achievements:

1. Lead a team of 3 Finance Consultants and 8 users in the roll out of SAP R/3 v4.6C for the companies in Indonesia and Hong Kong.
2. Ensuring successful roll out and deployment of the SAP template in the two manufacturing companies and the one marketing and sales company that were in the scope of the roll out.
3. Ensuring compliance of all the project and quality requirements in terms of delivery and user satisfaction.
4. Provide assistance to the Asia BSG team and rendering remote support to the BPO in Asia of the client who are already Live on SAP.
5. Undertake template improvements and enhancements.
6. Conduct training for BPO and KU across all companies on the template when a new template improvement or enhancement is being introduced.

Achievements:
1. Met all milestones set for the project in Indonesia and Hong Kong. Successful Go Live.
2. Extensive implementation of CO-PC and COPA modules. Use of Integrated COPA Planning framework.

3. End to end responsibility for the processes related to Planning & Budgeting and Product Costing during the roll out.
4. Analyze template improvements that are possible and work with the European consulting team of the client on implementing the improvements.

Achievements:

a) Member of the  ASP-Finance Team at Accenture Hyderabad. Lead the Application Development work on the FICO module for the client.
b)Involved in the Poland and Philippines roll out of the client on SAP R/3 v 4.6C.
c) Management and delivery of the Requests for Change for Live Opcos - new developments, enhancements with due compliance of the change management process in place.
d) Ensuring that any support incidents reported as part of the application maintenance contract are resolved within the SLA time lines defined in the contract.
