-          Product demo at client site along with Sales Manager

-          Project Estimation and scope analysis

-          Preparation of project plan

-          Kick-off meeting with client, also discussed HW/SW requirements with the IT team from both the sides

-          Structuring standard business models, procedures and policies best suited for the client

-          Maintaining project file, complete project documentation as per SAP specified standards

-          Conducted workshops to understand client’s processes, gather requirements (As Is  To Be Study) and preparation of Business Blue Print

-          Prepare and circulate minutes of meetings/important discussions to keep things in writing

-          Identify GAPs, workarounds, customizations and prepare change request accordingly with cost estimation after consultation with technical and project team

-          Collect data from legacy system in specified DTW templates, advise on master data codifications

-          System installation, system initialization, data migration and validation along with system testing

-          Update Issue Log Sheet  

-          Imparting training to the key users
