Responsibilities:
- Maintain settings in SAP R/3 for HCM, including payroll processes
- Develop end-user documentation and training materials.
- Issue all requested reports
- Conduct accurate and efficient tax updates
- Validate and approve the deductions at source remittances.
- Prepare the quarterly reports and transfer them appropriate channel
- Assist HR process support specialists
- Pay roll Process using SAP for more than 1000 employees.
- Updating and maintaining employee database in SAP.
- Involved in SAP-HR Module User Acceptance Testing for the Customized Products.
- provide on going coaching and guidance to New Trainees in their day to day activities
- Giving training on SAP - Enterprise structure, Personnel Management, Pay Roll and Time management functions to the HR Team.
General Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Workforce Planning.
- Verification and collection of mandatory and essential documents\Induction and Training Management.
- Organizing attendance data for monthly salary processing
- Handling medical claims for employees
- Assisting the resigned employees with regard to the F and F processing
- Preparation of appointment letters for new joiners
- Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Promotions, welfare to employee's.
- Prepared and presented MIS reports to the top management.
· Assist in continuously monitoring Performance and Service Levels
· Develop and maintain training material for functional area. Participate in cross functional training workshops with business
· Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety policies and initiative outlined in the Health and Safety Manual
- Facilitate a high performance team by securing the appropriate resources, through the effective enablement of team members and the removal of obstacles, and by maintaining a team focus on performance excellence and continuous improvement
- Mentor team on skill development in order to deliver the applicable baseline service and facilitate career development.
