I am a Materials Engineer with a Ph.D. in Engineering with over 18 years SAP consulting experience in Plant Maintenance (PM), Production Planning (PP), Project System (PS), Quality Management (QM), Customer Service (CS), and Controlling (CO). I am currently working for Extend Technologies in Brisbane.
I have mining industry experience gained working in projects for Caterpillar, DBT, RAG Coal, and Bucyrus and in proposals for Ensham and Golding.
I also have deep experience in Job Costing, Product Costing, Projects, Maintenance, and Enterprise Asset Management gained working for NASA, Lockheed Martin, the United States Army, and United Group.
I have gained deep knowledge working in SAP AFS and IS-Retail for clients such as Nike, Reebok, Florsheim, Louis Vutton, Swiss Army, Oroton, and American Apparel, and Rusell Athletic.
I also have deep industry experience in automotive working for clients such as GM, Holden, Volvo, Chrysler, AUDI, OPEL, Mercedes, Packard Electric, and Valeo.
I have additional experience in the banking industry working for Lloyds Bank and FinSys in Europe; telecommunications working for Telstra, utilities working for UNISON and DELTA; and pharmaceutical, working for Astrazeneca and Pacific Pharmaceuticals.

Work History
Extend Technologies, Brisbane, Australia (July 2007 to Present)
Extend Technologies is a gold SAP partner with 80 staff based and offices in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. On my role with Extend Technologies I support the following clients: Queensland Gas Corporation: (PS and CO); Queensland Cotton: (CO); ESRI Australia: (PS and CO); IPS Logistics: (CO); Mackay Sugar: (PM and CO). I also was involved in preparing workshops for Ensham and Golding including Plant Maintenance, Project Systems, Process Orders, and Job Costing as well as services. I was in the implementation project for United Group (PP and CO) in Sydney for 2 months and lately I was working on a project in the USA for OLAM (PP).
DBT Australia, Newcastle, Australia (January 2007 to July 2007)
DBT is a supplier of equipment for underground coal mining worldwide. My role with DBT is SAP Business Analysis, SAP configuration and support, Project Management, and Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and auditing. I implemented Customer Service (CS) and supported the DBT SAP systems in the modules of Customer Service (CS), Production Planning (PP), Project Systems (PS), and Plant Maintenance (PM)
Caterpillar Australia, Melbourne (October 2006 to December 2006)
I was a contractor for the SAP support of the Production Planning (PP) module using 6 Sigma methodology and quality controls.
Metamor Enterprise Solutions – Fountain Valley, CA, USA (May 2006 to October 2006)
My role with Metamor was as Project Manager and SAP Principal Consultant. I was Project Manager for the Swiss Army implementation in Connecticut, USA. In this project I managed a team of 20 people with a budget of 3 million USD. Prior to that, I was the Production Planning (PP) and Controlling (CO) Lead Consultant for the Vera Bradley implementation in Fort Wayne, IN, USA. I was also part of the team in conjunction with SAP to test the release of SAP ECC 6. I was Product Manager for the Quickwear (an AFS vertical solution for SAP All-in-One) in the areas of Production Planning (PP).
BearingPoint New Zealand - Auckland, New Zealand (October 2005 to April 2006)
BearingPoint is a global management and technology consulting company with more than 17,000 employees. BearingPoint history reaches back more than 100 years to Peat Marwick, which was founded in 1897. In 2001, KPMG changed its name to BearingPoint. My role with BearingPoint was Lead PS/CO consultant. In the ONTRACK (New Zealand Railways Corporation) project in Wellington, New Zealand, my role was to implement Controlling (CO) and Plant Maintenance (PM), change management, coordinating data mapping and migration, and blueprinting the Project System (PS) implementation for phase 2. With BearingPoint, Working for BearingPoint New Zealand, I was also involved in Controlling (CO) and Production Planning (PP) support work for Griffins Foods and Frucor (both part of the Yoplait group).
Intelligroup - Auckland, New Zealand (May 2004 to October 2005)
Intelligroup is an international consulting company. I implemented CO for Shoof International (Cambridge, New Zealand). For OCS and Seeka, I was the Solution Architect of the overall solution, which involved Project Systems (from project quotation using Easy Cost Planning to project billing in SD and service management.) I was involved in mobile technology for the OCS solution. I was also involved in the solution design for Livestock Improvement (Hamilton, New Zealand.
Realtech – Auckland, New Zealand (June 2002 to May 31 2004)
During that period I was working with REALTECH New Zealand in a Senior SAP Consultant role. During that time with REALTECH, I delivered various project implementations for multiple clients: Unison (PS and CO), Rayonier MDF (CO and PP) OROTON (PP), Cadbury (PP), Griffins (PP and CO), AOFR (PP) and SDI (PP).
SAP AG - Sao Paulo, Brazil (July 2001 to June 2002)
I was an independent contractor mainly directly for SAP in Brazil and the US. I worked in Brazil in the Astrazeneca project doing PM and PP. Also I implemented Project System and Plant Maintenance for Telepar and Brasil Telecom which are both Telecommunication companies. During that period, I also implemented the SAP Retail solution in the US for Louis Vuitton where I was involved with CO, PS, and PM. I supported Florsheim and Reebok in PP and AFS (SAP Apparel and Footwear Solution).
IBM – Atlanta, USA (July 1996 to July 2001)
I worked for IBM in the USA from July 1998 to July 2001. During that period, I was mainly involved in global projects to help IBM clients. I worked in the implementation and delivery of the following projects:
NASA implemented SAP Finance. I was involved in the Fixed Assets business blueprint. The benefit for NASA was the ability to track and better manage their high value assets and cost recovery having a much better financial and logistics visibility. (CO, PS). IBM Global Finance assets recovery project allowed me to provide IBM with an integrated system to manage the refurbishment of laptops. IBM could manage the leased laptops and integrated their asset management process with the manufacturing and service processes (CO, PP). HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world. I was the Leader Architect assigned with the delivery of the business blueprint and integration design for the implementation of Ariba Marketplace and Ariba Buyer. Ecopetrol is a state owned oil company in Colombia. I was Leader Architect for the integration of SAP, data warehousing and eCommerce. China Motors, a franchise for Mitsubishi Motors based in Taiwan.
