Responsible for upgrade of SAP BW 3.5 to SAP BI 7.0 environment.

• Partnered with Business Process Teams building technical specifications, creating data models, and developing reporting applications using Bex and Web Application Designer.
• Developed BI 7.0 COPA and PLM cubes and queries sourced from SAP ECC and activated Business Content to customize applications and ensure competitive marketplace positioning.
• Documented unit and integrated testing processes and conducted acceptance testing of developed applications ensuring data integrity and quality operations.
• Facilitated application implementation and performance tuning with Basis, Change Management, and BI Architects teams, successfully meeting project deadlines within budget parameters.

Designed and developed SAP BIW Infoproviders and queries using BEx Analyzer to establish multi-provider service level agreement metrics.

Provided technical support for BW 3.5 cubes and queries sourced from SAP MM, SRM, SCM and APO  systems; expediting issue resolution; and monitoring performance to ensure customer satisfaction.  Supported legacy Informatica ETL processes.           

Partnered with Sales and Marketing to build a BackOffice and MS SQL Server reporting environment sourced from SAP R/3 , CRM, and SRM systems that improved report delivery effectiveness.

• Led project to redesign a BackOffice SQL Server landscape, optimizing environmental operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.  Managed ongoing growth and tuning of the environment.
• Designed, developed and implemented processes to load sales plan data to SAP CRM system successfully supporting territory realignment activities and ensure accurate resource management.

Analyzed, modified, tested, and documented queries from SAP BW environment.

·         Architected a reporting environment using SQL Server database, DTS ETL processes, and BackOffice data management software for building customer and product audit reporting that enhanced pricing information, improved data quality and increased sales.

·         Led project team to load marketing/sales plan information to SAP CRM system including cost analysis, vendor negotiations, project plan management, and project status communications.

·         Developed BackOffice MS SQL Server queries and MS DTS ETL processes to load sales marketing data to SAP CRM from legacy and SAP CRM systems. 

·         Led project to synchronize product data between SAP R/3 environment and Oracle applications, providing ease of access to information and streamlining operations.

·         Led team to complete successful upgrade of ActaWorks software environment as part of SAP system upgrade.

·         Researched and procured Brio Enterprise OLAP software that enabled the business access to the  Data Warehouse and the ability to make cost saving and revenue generating decisions.

·         Managed all aspects of software installation and business roll out, including procedure development, user training, report generation, and technical support.
