For all of the above there is a need to meet deadlines and SLA’s preset and arranged by the clients, checking of Remedy, USD and AHD call queues, SAP system bug analysis and fixing, process, program and system enhancements, transporting changes through the system landscape, teleconferencing with other SAP team members and clients when required and liaising through mail exchange with the customer and other team members, Queue management and logging OSS messages when required.
