· Master data/Setup creation for internet sales scenario B2B, B2C, shop management, user management, complaints and returns, Auction via web shop, selling via EBay, Live Web Collaboration.
· Creating Standard Products, Configurable Products, Bill of Materials as well as Product Hierarchies & Categories both in CRM and ERP.
· Customizing the setup for Order, delivery, ATP check, Warehouse task/Order, and Goods receipt in various systems like CRM, ERP and SCM/EWM.
· Creating transaction type, item category as per the business needs.
· Setting up the pricing procedure, condition type, access sequence, and condition table.
· Maintaining item category determination for the items.
· Customized product lists for up selling, Cross selling and Top N product list, product proposals for the B2B and B2c internet sales scenario.
· Defined functional specifications for the business requirements, configuration and testing
