Responsible for managing the development of a new operational system aimed at unifying all personal insurance and pension in one platform. The pension module was completed, so my mission was to develop the insurance module and integrate the two parts. The development included: services for clients and brokers available in the Internet, connection to the bank branches system, management tools improvement, processes efficiency gain, a huge database for actuarial analysis, and accounting. After the merger between Unibanco and Itau, on November 2008, that created the biggest private bank in the southern hemisphere, I was the coordinator responsible for analyzing all differences in IT infrastructure, processes, and operational functions between the merged companies, in the aforementioned areas.
