Within a mission for Alcatel Lucent Company, my main role is team coordination and process synchronization for two major international projects simultaneously. The first one being the implementation of Global SAP HR solution for roughly 100 countries, and the second one, the coordination of the roll out within 80 countries of the Global Payroll and Time application developed by ADP Company. This includes:

·        Being the main portal contact

·        Managing all topics related to the portal

·        Distributing tasks into different team members

·        Ensuring delivery aspects.

·        Working closely with the infrastructure involved

·        Defining new processes in order to improve team collaboration

·        Setting up weekly meetings to follow up all the open items.

I started on that project by being, R3 reporting Business analyst during a couple of months. This included:

·        Advising business on the solution to choose

·        Coordinating offshore development team

·        Reviewing documentation and delivery

·        Creating Test scripts

Within a mission for Hager Company, I was part of the project team integrating new modules to an already existing SAP HR Solution. This included:

·        Conducting Workshop

·        Creating functional design and technical design

·        Customizing of MBO module and Portal content

·        Supervising specific developments

·        Providing trainings
