·         Merger & Acquisitions – Manage the implementation of complete network and infrastructure connectivity for the newly acquired MA COM division (2000 employees) from Tyco Electronics into the Cobham PLC network for corporate resource sharing with a project budget of $13.5M. Project was delivered early with a cost at completion of $9.1M. Largest cost/schedule reduction contributor was the re-direction to convert the SAP platform from Unix/Informix to Windows/SQL and a full clone data copy from the selling company with an added contractual data cleansing requirement.

·         Plan and manage the divestment, separation and integration of Tyco Electronic Commercial Product Business (1000 employees) into the selected venture to include complete new infrastructure and a new SAP environment with full data transfers.

·         IT planning for integration of products within the Cobham Defence Systems Division, including data transfers into SAP to produce $1M savings through tool/process reduction.

·         Plan and manage IT Standardization for Cobham PLC in the US, UK and Rest of the World. Plan and manage the migration of 110 Cobham sites (13000 users) into newly built primary and disaster recovery data center infrastructure for cost reductions through shared services.

·         Manage large IT programs, in excess of $75M, that are failing due to cost/schedule slippages to realign the program with the customer expectations, i.e.: Re-design the Enterprise Managed Print environment across Northrop Grumman Corporation for which I saved corporate $7.5M annually.

·         Merger & Acquisitions - Implementation of complete infrastructure and network connectivity for newly acquired companies into the Northrop Grumman network, to include data transfers/conversions to SAP, for corporate resource sharing.

·         Manage new corporate initiative programs, in excess of $25M, to assure cost/schedule/compliance is all met.

·         Implementation of an Instant Messaging and Web Conferencing (OCS) system across the corporation to improve communication across the sectors.

·         Develop a strategy to remove administrative rights on the 120,000 PCs across the corporation to mitigate network security and licensing issues.

·         Meet regularly with corporate executives to present program cost and schedule performances.

·         Manage the Annual Operating Plan for Engineering (P& L) as it pertains to IT with a budget of over $30 Million.

·         PLM Corporate team lead to bring synergies across the nine Northrop Grumman sectors.

·         Six Sigma Process lead for NG Corporation to develop a Corporate Software License Sharing Program producing a corporate saving of $1.5M annually with new infrastructure network.

·         Serve as the Business Relations Manager (Service Manager) for Engineering, Nuclear and Waterfront Test Divisions (6000 PC Environment).

·         Meet regularly with senior executives to present project statuses and provide IT/Engineering strategic direction to align IT/SAP/PDM to Engineering/Customer strategies and business needs.

·         Manage $M SAP/PDM customizations per engineering customer requirements/needs along with the SAP version upgrade.

·         Supervised Project Leaders who managed project teams in the completion of technically complex IT engineering and infrastructure projects.

·         Provided Engineering with proven research and cutting edge solutions to reduce the engineering environment cost.

·         Managed IT Engineering Project Budgets and Project Schedules to insure customer satisfaction on each project to include BOM and SAP customization requirements.
