Preparing full PS training system with full set of training materials which consists the following activities and responsibilties:

1- Attending IST "Integration System Test" Sessions.
2- Tracking IST issues status and reflect them to the PS Training Materials
3- Managing PS Training Material Developing plan and distribute it to the PS CMT "change Management Team".
4- Developing PS training Materials as per PS BPPs and DEV system.
5- Present PS developed materials to the SMEs "Subject Matter Experts" and get approvals.
6- Following up the SMEs comments and issues to reflect them to the training materials.
7- Conducting KT "Knowledge Transfer" Sessions to the end user trainers.
8- Conducting PS Super user Training sessions in SEC "Saudi Electricity Company" headquarter.
9- Supporting the end user trainers while there are delivering PS end user training.
10- Giving Summarized reports to Senior Training Delivery Manger about the training flow and the raised issues across the kingdom.

3- Participating in configuring IM and PS modules.
4- Collecting IM and PS master data.
5- Participating in preparing IM and PS testing scenarios.
6- IM and PS unit test.

8- Attending PS and IM knowledge transfer sessions with IBM.
9- Participating and revising IM and PS user manuals.
10- Giving IM and PS super user training

1- Attending KT sessions with the Training material Developers.
2- Testing the Training material manuals and giving comments.
3- Giving Super User Training before and post life.
4- Giving End User Training before and post life. 
5- Attending KT sessions conducted by the training material developers.
6- Testing the SRM training system and training materials.
7- Delivering SRM training.
