Assist to advance the Sales process for Subex in the Americas and worldwide. Provide technical capabilities on a continual basis to the Business and Solution Consulting Team the involved proposals for Revenue Assurance, Interconnect Billing, Capacity Management, Fraud, and Analytics development projects. Create and maintain analytic cubes using Qlikview applications for product enhancements.  Focus on creating, maintaining, and delivery of product demonstrations to customers with heavy technical emphasis across major database and OS platforms.  Travel (including internationally) to support Sales activities including customer visits, conferences, and trades shows. Support Proof of Concept activities within America’s target operators and respond to RFPs and Proposals.

- Performed demonstrations and Proof of Concepts for Nextel, TIM Brazil, TATA, Telus, Claro, and Sprint.

- Demonstrate and train Qlikview analytics as the Subex Qlikview Liaison.

Gather requirements for deployment of Subex revenue assurance and fraud software systems involving telecom switching, ordering, provisioning, mediation, and billing of voice, video, and data service projects. Provide consultation with stakeholders on system planning, implementation and design using Agile and Waterfall project approaches. Analyze switch, mediation, and billing data to extract required CDR information for comparisons. Interface with business representatives, IT personnel, developers and software users to clarify requirements for software projects, facilitate meeting with stakeholders and document business and functional requirements to manage the system implementation and design process.

 

• Lead a merged multiple country implementation for AMX-Claro Puerto Rico, Jamaica, and Dominican Republic.
• Implemented first successful Agile Scrum project for AMX Caribbean.

Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and design for telecom Revenue Assurance, Interconnect and Fraud software application implementations. Integrate requirements into documents using business case, workflow, and dataflow diagrams for clarifying business needs to development teams. Liaison between off shore development teams, customers, and internal management for clarifying requirements. Initiate and deliver functional specifications for meeting the customer’s business requirements. Write XML and Java based software modules for new software functionality. Construct complex SQL queries for data retrieval and reporting. Configure and code software requirements into customized software solutions.
