¨   Responsible for analyzing the existingsystem capabilities with business requirements and prepare gap analysis for thenew ERP system SAP.

¨   Contribute in design and implementing thenew system and responsible for developing manuals and user acceptance test.

¨     Analyzeand prepare regular P&L, cost center, product and job costing reports, annual financial reportsincluding consolidated accounts and close month and year end using work benchsystem.

¨   Maintain and oversee general ledger, asset accounting,accounts receivables, payables, foreign currency accounts, payments, receipts,dunning. Payroll and bank accounts.

¨     Prepareannual budgets, cash flow forecasts and working capital management.

¨    Responsiblefor company’s statutory obligations such as Business Activity Statements, FringeBenefits Tax, Payroll Tax & Workers compensation returns.

¨      Design& implement systems and ongoing support.

¨      Collect,analyse and prepare monthly financial reports and variation analysis for eachdivision and consolidated accounts.

¨       Preparationof periodical reports such as KPI, foreign currency, profit and loss,debtors/creditors, sales, royalties and capital expenditure including thepreparation of related management information material. 

¨       Responsiblefor the administration and support of the SAP system (FI, SD & MM Modules).

¨       Developsolutions that improve the system efficiency.

¨       Maintainknowledge of the latest SAP system capabilities.
