Working with the client to create and communicate the implementation project schedule;

Makeadjustments to the plan as necessary, in order to provide a complete picture ofthe progress of the project, at any time;
§
Work closelywith various user groups to align business processes to requirements, and tomanage the implementation project’s day to day activities;
§
Interpretconcepts and document business requirements in terms that developers and endusers understand, ultimately leading to concurrence;
§
Establishand develop tools to enable application development that conforms to existingsoftware development standards and can be modified and re-used to meet evolvingneeds;
§
PerformSystem Integration and User Acceptance Testing; ensuring system requirementsare fully realized, and defects are resolved;
§
ManageClient expectations within project scope and budget;
§
Prepare andimplement client group documentation and training documentation;
§
Providetraining sessions and analyze feedback from client to improve training material& delivery method;
§
Seek out andidentify training opportunities along with new module requirements withinexisting client base when interacting with customer contacts;
§
Identify anddocument market, clients and operational requirements and forward to productmanagement prime.
