• Provide logistics management and programmatic support for SPAWARSYSCEN

• Development and management of project initiatives in support of CNIC N3AT consolidation and standardization of command supply chain, activities’ processes, and logistics footprint.

• Provide product lifecycle management support for PEO Ships NSWCCD-SSES Philadelphia including: CG MOD, DDG MOD, and FFG Mid-Life Extension programs.

• Analyze current operational processes and provide Lean Six Sigma approach including: value stream mapping, gap analysis, RACI models, SIPOC flows, and recommendations process improvement.

• Develop program level processes, procedures and instructions, including: Integrated Program Management Plan, Material Management Instruction, and Configuration Control Instruction for PEO Ships programs.

• Provide ROI data analysis and logistics support summaries for legacy and replacement system comparisons 

• Responsible for the management of services initiatives in support of NSWCCD-SSES Philadelphia PEO Ships Modernization Programs, defining and communication of customer requirements, and recommending business process solutions.

• Responsible for the management of integrated logistics support (ILS) and logistics engineering (LE) teams supporting SPAWAR customers for fleet support of ADNS, ISNS, CENTRIXS, GCCS systems.

• Manage Performance Based Logistics (PBL) for SPAWARSYSCEN, develop demand planning and LRU sparing models, and perform MILSTRIP data analysis, global asset and in-transit visibility.

• Coordinate with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Naval Inventory Control Point (NAVICP), OEMs and vendors, and provide recommendations for inventory levels.

• Manage implementation leads in the area of system/product lifecycle and identifying logistics requirements for new systems including: funding, manpower, facilities, equipment, materiel, and engineering services.

• Manage logistics-related provisioning data in support of systems engineering including: demand planning, component-LRU spares, configuration management, obsolescence management, technical requirements identification, installation and maintenance, safety, and documentation development.

• Direct the development and delivery of logistics training and process improvement solutions for customer and division teams.

• Executive manager for business systems consulting, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) training and consulting initiatives, customer relations, training delivery and media development. 

• Responsible for development and implementation of a wide array of logistics integrated systems (ILS), both legacy and COTS solutions, providing government and military customers with cost-saving solutions to logistics support. Directs all aspects of training and development of training programs and products for Total Asset Visibility (TAV) systems.

• Liaison between end-user and DoD EMALL program management providing expert  consulting during DLA’s migration to BSM/SAP.

• Provided ethylene abatement consulting to US Navy and Military Sealift Command (MSC) for proper handling, packaging, shipping, and stowage of fresh fruits and vegetables (FFV).

• Directs all marketing aspects of business models - developing, implementing and evaluating effective marketing strategies in Department of Defense organizations and entities wanting to do business with the government

• Responsible for the development and management of Logistics Toolbox and PartsLink, a Defense Logistics Agency and Department of Defense initiative to assist warfighters and logistics support organizations in reducing backorders, satisfying emerging requirements, and provides a method of saving scarce funds and shortening the requisition-to-receipt time frame.

• Provide expert on-site Supply Chain Management, Logistics Systems, and data analysis training to Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, and government personnel using MILSTRIP and a wide variety of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) systems, and development of Logistics course curriculum.

• Direct customer relation management coordinating tailored training events, consulting and presentations

• Responsible for logistic support of unit operations, including budget planning and execution, inventory management, procurement and financial management.

• Provided Naval Science instruction including Supply Chain Management, Shipboard Damage Control and Material Maintenance Management (3M).

• Contributing member of the International Logistics and Operations Working Group which developed and authored NATO Logistics Reporting Systems

• Responsible for the implementation of logistics reporting systems for European Theater.

• Designed critical item database for use during Joint Endeavor and operations other than war.

• Responsible for financial and inventory management encompassing over $14 million in inventory. Provided logistical management in support of the ship's decommissioning; coordinated offload of 68,000 line items while minimizing disruptions in active operations by ensuring availability of essential material.

• Responsible for the logistics support of the Naval Station encompassing a wide array of material and service support systems, contracting, inventory and financial management programs. Coordinated with NAVSEA to update an aged COSAL for six auxiliary vessels and ensure availability of essential spare parts based of maintenance cycles.
