- As Program Manager I was responsible for project deliverables and for day-to-day management of both the Client and Implementation Partner's Project Managers.  I was also the primary liaison with the Steering Committee, Executive Committee and Project Sponsors.

- The core goal of the Oracle CRM project was to allow Pearson to extend the definition of customer beyond that of a traditional, individual contact to an account or organization and to aggregate a wider breadth of information about that customer in a shared view. In turn, CRM enables providing the customer the best possible service. This holistic view allows maximizing the revenue opportunity from each customer.
