2006 to2008:
I worked for Nestle Account for about 2 and a halfyears.
I was part of the Unilever Account Transition / Go Live;I received the training in Ohio and California (2006) for almost 4 months.
I was in charge of the New Hire process, so I becamethe Process Owner of it, and then I learned how to process all other DataProcessing transactions, such as Leaves, Terminations, Data Changes and JobData Changes.
I used SAP system and I know I have a pretty goodknowledge of this program.
I became the SME (Subject Matter Expert) of theAccount, which gave me a lot of responsibilities than allowed me to be betterat work.
2008:
I was the chosen one to worked/help the Cigna Accountfor a month in a Project regarding the W4 Tax Forms. I used People Soft system.
2008-2010:
I worked for Lenovo Account as SME (Subject MatterExpert) for two years; I was in charge of all EDM process (New Hires,Terminations, Leaves, Transfers, Employment and Unemployment Verifications) andOM transactions which were creating/changing/transferring Positions and OrgUnits for All Americas, Asia and Europe.
2010 – Today:
I have been working at Unilever Account for almost 2 years now as SME;during the Transition I was in charge of creating all the trainingdocumentation, I traveled to Argentina to Train the Local Point of Contact fortwo weeks; also I train all Payroll and EDM Team related to all process for 5countries: Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Since the Go Live I have been in charge of processing all transactionsfor 4 countries, handling cases, creating Job Aids and client documentation.
