Excellent computer and typing skills with a speed of 60w.p.m. Shorthand of 90w.p.m. working in call centre using SAP each day dealing with customer enquiries over the phone. Dealing with both customer and contractors alike in efforts to resolve issues. Excellent communication skills can communicate well on all levels.
